At TKTURBO, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that returns may be necessary in certain situations. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately.

Unused & Unopened Items: Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been installed, modified, or used in any way.

Custom-made or special-order products.

Electrical components (due to the risk of improper installation).
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our support team at contact@tkturbo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged), and a reason for the return.
Step 3: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 4: Ship the product back to us at the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Step 5: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to an incorrect order or buyer's mistake.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If the product is found to be used, installed, or not in resellable condition, no refund will be provided.
4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

✅ Items that have been installed or used
